So I want to start the first topic on something that I believe is very important: the need for women to train differently
women need more volume no question about it, regardless of the activity they choose.I have seen many female athletes switching from Crossfit to power-based sports only to go back to a lower volume / higher % training system designed for men only to see their strength stall and eventually diminish
I will make different posts about the subject to explain all the reasons behind me saying this, but let’s kick out with this first one
