As coaches, we often find ourselves trying to educate clients away from the quick-fixes and short-sighted programs that tend to be the most popular among many entry-level fitness clients… But as coaches and gym owners, it’s very easy to fall into the same trap with our businesses. With so many gym owner’s turning to lead-generation as the solution to their money woes, it’s become quite apparent that quite often the issue isn’t actually about getting people in the door. It’s about getting the right people in the door, and being good enough at what you do to help them. The question should not be, “How can I make more money as a coach/gym owner?”… The question should be “How can I become really fucking good at coaching?”.. Get undeniably good at what you do, and the right clients for you will show up, and stay
