📝Effectiveness Of Moderate Intensity Interval Training As An Index Of Autonomic Nervous Activity

So to continue the discussion on the heart and sense of self: doing interval training while keeping the heart rate under 120 increased the Vagal tone. You’ll recognize a lot of the things we talk about in this paper. My idea is 30-40mns per day, light cardio with the heart rate under 110-120 with all nasal breathing as a way to train the sense of self & heart.
